What Part of the USA is a Republic Does Carl T. Bogus Not Understand?

OMG don’t you just love his name and could his views not be any more plain than his surname? He had a real lapse in judgment when he penned the piece “There’s no right of revolution in a democracy” and permitted CNN to run with it. First the title is an incorrect statement(unless he’s speaking to any other country than the United States) and second CNN is not THE trusted communicant of information for the United States.

Maybe, just maybe, it’s a Bogus opinion just as inline with the Bogus POS POTUS as the opinion appears to harbor the same view, as and when, it suits the need.

Let’s go to the simplest form of information for Mr. Bogus, shall we… Wikipedia… where we find

“…The United States of America (also referred to as the United States, the U.S., the USA, or America) is a federal constitutional republic comprising fifty states and a federal district. The country is situated mostly in central North America, where its forty-eight contiguous states and Washington, D.C., the capital district, lie between the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans, bordered by Canada to the north and Mexico to the south. The state of Alaska is in the northwest of the continent, with Canada to the east and Russia to the west across the Bering Strait. The state of Hawaii is an archipelago in the mid-Pacific. The country also possesses several territories in the Caribbean and Pacific…”

I’m just saying… but then again Hubby said it best

“We must be eternally vigilant about government errors and abuse. But we must recognize that differences of opinion are the normal order of things. In a constitutional democracy, we correct errors through constitutional means.

This means that we have to stand by with tyranny abounding and wait 4 years for that tyrant to destroy our Country? This is why this clown works for CNN Liberal Network!”

The United States Dept of Justice via the United States Dept of State Fools or Tools the U.N.

The United States Department of Justice’s “Combating Religious Discrimination and Protecting Religious Freedom” as referenced at the U.S. Department of State’s downloaded  Universal Periodic Review (and an interesting read) recently supplied to the U.N. provides the following:

“In this Land of equal liberty it is our boast, that a man’s religious tenets will not forfeit the protection of the Laws, nor deprive him of the right of attaining and holding the highest Offices that are known in the United States.”
–George Washington

Religious freedom is one of the United States’ founding principles, protected by the First Amendment and other federal laws. The right against religious discrimination is likewise one of our basic civil rights. When Congress enacted the landmark Civil Rights Act of 1964 at the height of the civil rights movement, in addition to barring discrimination based on race, national origin, and sex in a wide range of areas, it also barred discrimination based on religion.

The Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice enforces a wide range of laws protecting religious liberty:

* laws barring discrimination based on religion in

o employment,
o public education,
o housing,
o credit, and
o access to public facilities and public accommodations;

* laws barring zoning authorities from discriminating against houses of worship and religious schools;
* laws protecting the religious rights of institutionalized persons; and
* criminal statutes such as the Church Arson Prevention Act making it a federal crime to attack persons or institutions based on their religion, or otherwise interfere with religious exercise.

This website provides information about these laws, examples of the types of cases brought by the Civil Rights Division protecting against religious discrimination and preserving religious freedom, contact information for obtaining more information or filing a complaint, and literature that can be downloaded or ordered online.

For more information, you may contact the Special Counsel for Religious Discrimination, Eric W. Treene, at (202) 353-8622 or send an email to FirstFreedom@usdoj.gov.

To the American Citizen Observer, it appears that Jihadist Muslims or Muslims who attempt to ELIMINATE infidels, get preferential treatment during the Obama regime, there is no equality, with respect to religion, currently exercised under our U.S. Constitution.  In fact:

Why should Muslims continue to have opportunity after opportunity to wreak havoc, as Obama looks the other way? What other religion, in today’s “global” society, has the practice of killing those, who are different from themselves or stray from said religion, and are encouraged to do so by their “leadership”?

Three Things About Islam

Three surprising things you probably didn’t know about Islam.
This subject WILL affect you in the near future, so take the chance to inform yourself now – before it does.

Yet our formerly strong FBI used to have a term to describe this activity ~ TERRORISM

Where is the Civil Rights Act of 1964 applied with regard to all the victims and their families at the hands of these Terrorists? Unequal rights during the Obama regime! The ultimate BOGUS POTUS!

I recommend using an Arabic to English translator tool, back and forth, until you are able to search for terms like:  fatwa, America, kill, infidel and you too can see the hate! Now let’s debate a peaceful religion with no agenda!
