Why Did Petraeus Use the AP To Air Dirty Laundry?

I am still amazed that no one questions the fact that Petraeus made a speech in Kabul and contacted the AP via email as Top US commander: Burning Quran endangers troops to make sure his message was heard worldwide on RELIGION?

“Images of the burning of a Quran would undoubtedly be used by extremists in Afghanistan — and around the world — to inflame public opinion and incite violence,” Petraeus said in an e-mail to The Associated Press.

Now I ask the reader to validate, when did the first public protest happen and where?

What action occurred just prior to these protests?

The Spineless Diatribe of Petraeus in Kabul

The Burn a Qur’an Day had not arrived nor occurred, hmm?

By the way, the Taliban don’t dance around and protest in front of everyone, so… exactly which Muslims are the “good ones”?
