Attorney General of Virginia Ken Cuccinelli Openly Discusses Obamacare on a Nationwide Call

The Attorney General of Virginia Ken Cuccinelli held a very open and clear conference call on the beast that is Obamacare tonight. The call was hosted by the now familiar TeaPartyPatriots.org. He arrived promptly on the call at 7:30 p.m. CST and graced the attending Patriots for 35 minutes. He took several challenging questions, supplied extremely informative and detailed responses, and suggested for all listeners to read 45-51 from the Federalist Papers. I have supplied the quick links here from the FoundingFathers.info site:

FEDERALIST No. 45 The Alleged Danger From the Powers of the Union to the State Governments Considered
FEDERALIST No. 46 The Influence of the State and Federal Governments Compared
FEDERALIST No. 47 The Particular Structure of the New Government and the Distribution of Power Among Its Different Parts
FEDERALIST No. 48 These Departments Should Not Be So Far Separated as to Have No Constitutional Control Over Each Other
FEDERALIST No. 49 Method of Guarding Against the Encroachments of Any One Department of Government by Appealing to the People Through a Convention (Hamilton or Madison)
FEDERALIST No. 50 Periodical Appeals to the People Considered (Hamilton or Madison)
FEDERALIST No. 51 The Structure of the Government Must Furnish the Proper Checks and Balances Between the Different Departments (Hamilton or Madison)

The above selections are so very pertinent to vital to this time in our history.

Attorney General Cuccinelli detailed his four priorities:

1) Current litigation of Obamacare
2) Suing the EPA
3) Supporting Sister “Right to Work” States
4) The Grand Daddy of all… FCC Attempt to Control the Internet as it ignores the “Rule of Law” and decision of a court from last year.

He also provided his personal website where he details his ongoing thoughts and processes at http://cuccinelli.com/

Thank-you Sir for all you do for our United States of America! You are a Patriot!
