During the Duration of the Heat Spell – Just 1 Little Tip For Vehicle Owners

109°F Feels Like: 114°
Now after living in Tucson Arizona, and learning about rolling windows down in excessive temperatures so you don’t blow out your windows, I have discovered a new tip!
When you go to the movie theatre and park in the sun for a few hours, not only should you roll down your windows, but you should check to see if there may be any lighters that are sitting around loose in your car. You may return to a car that has plastic shards penetrating cushions and spewed about like confetti due to a confined lighter exploding. Lowered windows did not prevent this. I wonder how hot that car got? I am so glad that no one was near during the event and that we returned to the car long after it happened and not at flash ignition!
