National Association for Gun Rights PAC Endorses Curtis Coleman for Governor

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, ARK.  Businessman Curtis Coleman, Republican candidate for governor of Arkansas, announced today an endorsement from the National Association for Gun Rights (NAGR) PAC.

Dudley Brown, Director of the NAGR-PAC, sent Coleman a letter in which he wrote, “Gun owners across Arkansas need strong leaders in Little Rock who will stand up for our right to keep and bear arms.”

“You have demonstrated your commitment to our Second Amendment rights by pledging to sign and advocate for meaningful pro-gun legislation and to oppose and veto all anti-gun schemes. You have also promised to support Constitutional Carry and open carry as Governor.”

The National Association for Guns Rights is the fastest growing gun rights group in the United States of America with over 3 million members.  NAGR led the charge to fight against the UN Small Arms Treaty and the derailment of H.R.45, a bill to require licensing of all private firearms.

In response to the endorsement, Curtis Coleman stated, “The National Association for Gun Rights is on the front line in defending our Second Amendment rights.  I gratefully accept this major national endorsement from the NAGR-PAC, and I’m honored to be among those they have endorsed to uphold the Constitution of the United States.”

Coleman’s opponent, Asa Hutchinson, has publicly stated that he is in favor of expanded background checks on gun purchases (CNN, Wolf Blitzer interview, 4/2/13), and NGR reported that Hutchinson failed to return his survey.

Ohio Candidate for Governor John Kasich Signs Petition to Protect Ohio Citizens From Federal Health Care Legislation

Columbus, OH, November 1, 2010. Ohio Gubernatorial candidate John Kasich yesterday signed the initiative petition for Ohio’s Health Care Freedom Amendment, sponsored by the Ohio Liberty Council.

This proposed amendment to the Ohio Constitution would protect Ohio citizens from mandates of the recent federal health care control legislation, and is the single strongest statement against the bill in the United States. Initiated by Ohio citizens, the proposed amendment has gathered over 250,000 signatures, having already exceeded the state-required number of participating counties.

Kasich said, “Today I signed the Ohio Project’s initiative petition to amend Ohio’s Constitution and preserve Ohioans’ freedom to make their own decisions about health care.

I believe Ohioans deserve the best health care possible, but Obamacare doesn’t do it. Reform is needed, but it should lower costs, not raise them, and it should keep bureaucrats out of the private relationship between doctors and patients and end the frivolous lawsuits that drive up costs.

Ohioans deserve a solution to health care that doesn’t bring more big government, but which preserves their freedom to make their own decisions about their health care. I look forward to working with you to bring about that change.”

The Ohio Liberty Council would like to thank John Kasich and Congressman John Boehner for signing this amendment and making a very clear statement that state sovereignty is alive and well and Ohioans will not tolerate the unconstitutional mandates of the health care bill.

About the Ohio Liberty Council

http://www.ohiolibertycouncil.org/

The Ohio Liberty Council is a nonpartisan coalition of like-minded grassroots organizations throughout Ohio.  The council strives to achieve these strategic objectives:

· Foster accountability of elected officials and government

· Grow awareness of the movement

· Promote state sovereignty

· Educate citizens

· Effect elections

The council began in June 2009 as a way to connect liberty-minded Ohioans.  The group communicates on issues, but more importantly, seeks to create concerted action among the groups.  By working together, the council intends to achieve real results to protect and promote liberty in Ohio.  The most important issue facing Ohio is state sovereignty, which is the main focus of the group.

Additional Background on Health Care Freedom Amendment

The amendment would protect Ohioans from the financial burdens and individual mandates contained in the new federal health care measure passed by Congress.

After amendment language was challenged and a ruling to block it was issued, the Ohio Supreme Court unanimously ruled against Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner, approving the constitutional amendment language. The signature gathering process is underway.  More than 402,000 valid signatures are needed to qualify for the ballot in 2011.

US House Minority Leader John Boehner Signs Ohio Health Care Freedom Amendment Petition

U.S. House Minority Leader John Boehner Signs Ohio Health Care Freedom Amendment Petition

West Chester, Ohio, September 19, 2010 – Congressman John Boehner, who represents Ohio’s 8th District, has joined thousands of other Ohio voters in signing a petition to allow Ohioans to vote on the proposed Ohio Health Care Freedom Amendment.  Boehner, the Minority Leader of the U.S. House of Representatives, signed the petition while in his home district.

The Ohio Health Care Freedom Amendment would free Ohioans from the individual mandates of Federal health care legislation.  The amendment would preserve the right of Ohioans to choose their own health care and health care insurance coverage, and make their own medical decisions.  As a Constitutional Amendment, it would specifically protect health care choice as a right of all Ohioans.

Twenty states have filed suit against the federal government to restore the rights set to be stripped from their citizens by provisions of the federal legislation, and several states have taken other measures to protect the rights of their citizens.  Since the governor and legislature of the State of Ohio refused to act to protect their constituents, the Ohio Liberty Council, a volunteer group of conservative citizens, proposed the Ohio Health Care Freedom Amendment and has led the effort to place it on the ballot for a vote by all Ohio citizens.  Not only did Ohio fail to act, but the citizens’ group was forced to obtain a ruling from the Ohio Supreme Court to stop Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner and the Ohio Ballot Board from blocking the petition effort by what many Ohioans consider an abuse of their powers.

“It’s a sad day when citizens must override their elected officials to protect their rights.  Neither our statehouse nor Attorney General would answer this federal challenge to personal liberty.  It now falls on the shoulders of concerned citizens to do the heavy lifting,” said Chris Littleton of the Ohio Liberty Council.  The State of Ohio requires 402,275 valid signatures of Ohio voters to force the issue onto the ballot, and collection of signatures is now well underway–all obtained by citizen volunteers.

Arkansas, Oklahoma and Tennessee Citizens Getting Bypassed In Health Care for Mexican Nationals aka Illegal Aliens!

With this bit of news ~ “New health-initiative partnership includes UAMS, Blue & You Foundation”, I just had to begin digging in Arkansas today…

Could it be all about the money?
Blue and You Foundation – List of Grants Awarded
UAMS College of Public Health, Mexican Consulate Team Up for Public Health Initiatives

No, of course it couldn’t!!!

I wonder if the Mexican Consul General Carlos Garcia is aware of the Arkansas Illegal Immigrant Benefits Ban Amendment? Is UAMS College of Public Health and the Blue and You Foundation aware? hmm?

Looks like there is no trouble as Secure Arkansas gathers signatures for ballot initiative is moving rapidly in on meeting its goal.

And don’t let any illegal immigrants stop UAMS and Blue from stomping all over the U.S. Constitution and the tax-paying citizens of Arkansas, Oklahoma and Tennessee or impede their health care for the mucho dinero! Ever heard of ICE otherwise known as US Immigration and Customs Enforcement?

Oklahoma and Tennessee check it out! Who if anyone authorized this circumvention of U.S. Law?

Dealing With Harrassing Census Workers

Some good info

The Census Is Getting Personal

“IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND the difference between the short and long forms watch this video:

“The Census Part 2, Clarifications”

Many people have requested the list below:

QUESTIONS THAT THE CENSUS BUREAU REFUSED OR FAILED TO ANSWER (from Jerry Day’s Matrix News Network segment: “The Census Is Getting Personal”):

1) The Constitution authorizes government to count people but it does not authorize the taking of private information or even the names of individuals. From where does the Census Bureau derive authority to demand our private information?

2) Is there any limit to the amount and type of private information that the Census bureau may demand and collect?

3) Under what Constitutional authority does the Census Bureau collect information now from 250,000 people per month of every year?

4) The 4th Amendment to the Constitution prohibits government search and seizure of private information without a court warrant based on probable cause, Current Census policies violate that Amendment do they not?

5) By what Constitutional authority does the Census Bureau threaten penalties for failure to provide personal information?

6) The Census Bureau claims it maintains privacy of personal information, Are there any circumstances under which law enforcement or spy agencies can access Census information?

7) Since presumably Census data may be subpoenaed by law enforcement, may individuals refuse to answer questions according to the fifth Amendment?

8) Why has the Census Bureau decided to collect GPS coordinates for every home?

9) Virtually every government database has been either lost, hacked or compromised, would the Census Bureau’s claim of data security not be an outright lie or at best highly improbable?

10) How would the Census Bureau locate, protect and compensate those individuals whose data becomes compromised?

There is a great deal of confusion about the Census “short form” and “Long Form” because the Census Bureau has failed to equally publicize the two current approaches. Part of the video refers to the long form called the “American Community Survey” which has 12 pages of questions, many of which are much more probing than the short form. A PDF file of the the long form can be viewed at this link: http://www.jerryday.com/images/ACS-1-…

Will the US Supreme Court Attempt to Circumvent the US Constitution

With linked Headlines like these:

High Court Weighs Anti-Terror Material Support Law

U.S. Supreme Court to hear terrorism case

What portion of the population of the United States of America wants the United States Supreme Court to circumvent the U.S. Constitution by plying and playing with the First Amendment thus legalizing aiding the enemy (Terrorists)?

The US Constitution clearly states:

“…Section. 3.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted…”

Who embraces Terrorism? hmm?

Why will it take weeks or months for the Supreme Court to make a decision? hmm?

Is it because the US Constitution clearly states:

“…Section. 4.

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors…”

and this option is currently viable and probable as of many recent events and revelations?
