National Association for Gun Rights PAC Endorses Curtis Coleman for Governor

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, ARK.  Businessman Curtis Coleman, Republican candidate for governor of Arkansas, announced today an endorsement from the National Association for Gun Rights (NAGR) PAC.

Dudley Brown, Director of the NAGR-PAC, sent Coleman a letter in which he wrote, “Gun owners across Arkansas need strong leaders in Little Rock who will stand up for our right to keep and bear arms.”

“You have demonstrated your commitment to our Second Amendment rights by pledging to sign and advocate for meaningful pro-gun legislation and to oppose and veto all anti-gun schemes. You have also promised to support Constitutional Carry and open carry as Governor.”

The National Association for Guns Rights is the fastest growing gun rights group in the United States of America with over 3 million members.  NAGR led the charge to fight against the UN Small Arms Treaty and the derailment of H.R.45, a bill to require licensing of all private firearms.

In response to the endorsement, Curtis Coleman stated, “The National Association for Gun Rights is on the front line in defending our Second Amendment rights.  I gratefully accept this major national endorsement from the NAGR-PAC, and I’m honored to be among those they have endorsed to uphold the Constitution of the United States.”

Coleman’s opponent, Asa Hutchinson, has publicly stated that he is in favor of expanded background checks on gun purchases (CNN, Wolf Blitzer interview, 4/2/13), and NGR reported that Hutchinson failed to return his survey.

To Amy White – Way to Say it Girl!

So when the Spectacle-in-Chief wants a photo op in Arkansas, what can be done?

Amy White calls him out with a grand petition

We the people of Arkansas do not want or need Barack Obama in our state. He has never been here or paid us any attention. Our tornado victims have already been through way more than anyone should have to endure.. they do not need another storm of media and secret service and everything else a visit from a President entails to upset their destroyed lives. We respectfully ask that he send the money that would be spent visiting here to reconstruction efforts and stay away. We do not want him here and we do not like being used as a photo opportunity.

and Amy signed it first!

Girl, if I was still in Arkansas, I would TEA Party with you!

Pre-Civil War Lynch Farm in Arkansas is a Land Grab

It’s time to get RED in the RED State of Arkansas in particular…

Benton County, in the NW corner of the state, is under Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Park Need which aims to runs roughshod over Arkansans by words

…(d) Any entity granted a certificate pursuant to subsection (b) of this section shall have the right of eminent domain as provided by Arkansas law for the limited purpose of constructing the certificated major electric transmission facility to the extent that the facility is located within a national interest electric transmission corridor…

and deeds

This is the SWEPCO Plan and Route Areas, approved in 2011, by the Arkansas Public Service CommissionSWEPCO is now seeking to modify the original ‘transmission facilities’ routes,  including decreasing the full use of Shipe Road and further increasing the use of Route 33. What will be the newly adjusted cost of this major project change, what will be the cost to the local Flora and Fauna, and what about Arkansans?

Without agreement, SWEPCO is in the process of  a Land Grab in Arkansas. Becky Gillette details the plight of the Lynch family farm in SWEPCO land grab begins.

She nails the crux of the matter in the following passages

…the future of the 110-acre farm, now in a family trust owned by Zola Lynch and her six children, is in doubt. The family received a visit from an American Electric Power (AEP)/Southwestern Electric Power Co. (SWEPCO) representative March 11 who presented paperwork for them to sign by the end of the month waiving their rights to notification and voluntarily giving SWEPCO a right-of-way easement for a high voltage transmission line through their land that would require metal towers 130 to 160 ft. tall to be built after clearing a 150-ft. right of way…

…SWEPCO has filed a petition for a limited re-hearing with the APSC requesting instead to use SWEPCO’s favored Route 33 that goes entirely through Arkansas on a route from Shipe Road in Benton County to near the Kings River north of Berryville…

Speak up now or forever will ye be fleeced!

The “No Idea” Senator From Arkansas Mark Pryor

Mark Pryor has been sitting in the U.S. Senate since 2001’s election. For well over 800 days he, himself, has made no attempt at a presentation or plan to balance the budget of The United States of America. He’s one of only a 100 member body! It would appear some Senators just slide by, collect their pay, and continually campaign just like the treasonous, traitorous Usurper. It’s a learned skill on the Democratic side. It’s called shilling or seat-warming in the real world outside of the DC Beltway.

It’s truly embarrassing that Mark Pryor’s official website proudly listed the following press release:

He’s a real “Go Getter” NOT! He is an Arkansas embarrassment. He won’t even provide the constituents in Arkansas his voting stance on the Cut, Cap and Balance Act, that will occur tomorrow. All of his offices have no information and leave the constituents on a ‘wait and see’ watch. Where is the Democratic transparency?

However… it is a sure thing that his future political career will mirror Blanche Lincoln’s and that’s no guess!

Has Benton Arkansas Lost Its Way?

Yesterday there were NAZI-Style Police Department Traffic Stops and today I see that our School Board Superintendent has been suspended indefinitely with pay and coincidentally the school lunches are to be increased by a nickel next year? Hmm? Why?

Benton Arkansas Police Department Buffering Its Coffers Today on Military Road

How appropriate as it is Adolph Hitler’s Birthday Anniversary…

An Open Letter to Benton Arkansas Mayor David Mattingly, Benton Arkansas Police Chief Kirk Lane, Benton Chamber of Commerce and ALL Retail Shop Owners, especially the brand new store BIG LOTS.

I will no longer be shopping in Benton, Arkansas! I highly recommend, that all recipients of unjust seat belt tickets received on Military Road today, do likewise. Salem, Bryant and on-line will now obtain all of my shopping dollars. FYI… Big Lots, that was terrible advertising for you today. I haven’t been, nor now will I ever enter your doors.

To make a long story short, I was traveling Southwest on Military Road today in Benton Arkansas

I was stopped on the Southwest Lane with two passengers in my vehicle second in line at the traffic light. Minding my own business, but observing the officers on both sides of the 5 lane ‘road’ (a turning lane separates the double lanes), when I was shocked to hear a rapping on my passenger’s side window just as the light had turned green.

The Officer left the sidewalk, jaywalked through traffic into the innermost lane, and knocked on the passenger side window from the positions as viewed in my diagram. The officer told the passenger he was doing a seat belt check and informed me (the driver) to pull into the shopping center where the newly grand opened Big Lots is housed, without explaining that there was a problem, a warning or additional instructions for all of us to put on our seat belts.

I had to switch into the right lane and then make a right hand turn into the lot.

Driver and front seat passenger received a ticket, back seat passenger received none.

I left a call for the Police Chief  but it was not returned, so I contacted the Mayor’s Office and spoke to a very lovely woman named Loretta. Not five minutes after Loretta and I ended our call I received a “Private” call which turned out to be Chief Lane. This was a further lesson in futility. Therefore I will make my stand and not assist the town of Benton with any financial assistance other than what is necessary in keeping utilities. Oh… I am so done!
