Conserve the Vote

Per the United States Census Bureau our 2010 population stands at over 300 million.

According to the U.S. Bureau of the Census, the resident population of the United States, projected to 05/18/10 at 21:28 UTC (EST+5) is

309,301,080

How many jobs would open up if the illegal aliens were sent home? Look they are coming faster and faster. If they were not coming, there would be a Natural Net LOSS! Remember they are reproducing too!

How many stupid citizens are there in the United States of America? Are you awake yet? Look around, wake up? Over 300 million people can not let the shenanigans in Washington, DC continue without abate. “We the People” are the bosses to those decrepit yo-yos that have been voted in. The majority did not vote them in, but times are changing. Conserve the Vote!

Arizona is doing it right!

It is long past time to say “When”!

The Census Is Getting Personal

“IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND the difference between the short and long forms watch this video:

“The Census Part 2, Clarifications”

Many people have requested the list below:

QUESTIONS THAT THE CENSUS BUREAU REFUSED OR FAILED TO ANSWER (from Jerry Day’s Matrix News Network segment: “The Census Is Getting Personal”):

1) The Constitution authorizes government to count people but it does not authorize the taking of private information or even the names of individuals. From where does the Census Bureau derive authority to demand our private information?

2) Is there any limit to the amount and type of private information that the Census bureau may demand and collect?

3) Under what Constitutional authority does the Census Bureau collect information now from 250,000 people per month of every year?

4) The 4th Amendment to the Constitution prohibits government search and seizure of private information without a court warrant based on probable cause, Current Census policies violate that Amendment do they not?

5) By what Constitutional authority does the Census Bureau threaten penalties for failure to provide personal information?

6) The Census Bureau claims it maintains privacy of personal information, Are there any circumstances under which law enforcement or spy agencies can access Census information?

7) Since presumably Census data may be subpoenaed by law enforcement, may individuals refuse to answer questions according to the fifth Amendment?

8) Why has the Census Bureau decided to collect GPS coordinates for every home?

9) Virtually every government database has been either lost, hacked or compromised, would the Census Bureau’s claim of data security not be an outright lie or at best highly improbable?

10) How would the Census Bureau locate, protect and compensate those individuals whose data becomes compromised?

There is a great deal of confusion about the Census “short form” and “Long Form” because the Census Bureau has failed to equally publicize the two current approaches. Part of the video refers to the long form called the “American Community Survey” which has 12 pages of questions, many of which are much more probing than the short form. A PDF file of the the long form can be viewed at this link: http://www.jerryday.com/images/ACS-1-…

2010 US Census Form Insert – All The Information You Need to Know

Front Portion of Insert with Important Info

Back Portion of Insert with Important Info

* The USPS has designated you as “Resident” not by name, therefore who could be prosecuted?
** The only requirement of the U.S. Constitution states: …””The actual enumeration shall be made within three years after the first meeting of the Congress of the United States and within every subsequent term of 10 years, in such manner as they by law direct”…(U.S. Constitution – Article 1, Section 2, Paragraph 3) + Enumeration not colorization, nor any other classification.
*** If as the insert Form D-16(L) (6-26-2009) states, the information provided is so private – who if anyone, could assess a fine on “Resident”?
**** If law enforcement does not have access to the information and the answers cannot be used in court, then how could a fine or penalties be assessed?

I’m just saying!

Well, well, well…….. it’s not all for one or one for all when it comes to Census Forms. Why?

Again… it’s not all for one or one for all when it comes to Census Advertising and wasted tax dollars. How about only the Northwestern portion of the United States receiving notices via fortune cookies if you happen to enjoy dinner out. If the Census bureau was attempting to reach out to “…partners help the bureau communicate with hard-to-reach audiences for the nationwide headcount…”, sadly you missed the boat – Fortune Cookies are an American invention. Can we all say “partners profiteering”?

Whatever else happens, remember the request for Miranda Rights when the Census Worker knocks on your door, this should prove interesting! It’s just like I said before Everything Mr. Obama Touches Turns to #@!#!

Hmm, did you get your handy dandy mailer warning you of the upcoming Census? Note it is dated for today and there are 5 other languages notated, yet the website is listed in English.  WARNING : Illegal aliens get someone who can read English who can be there to assist you next week to file your bogus information that will benefit ? This will avoid any Terrorist getting caught! Nothing suspicious here, these are not the Terrorists you are looking for; move along now! How much did this spree cost in dollars and security? Oh that’s right, they are both gone via the Obama Administration.

The Shifting of the Unemployment Numbers

I have to believe that somebody is shifting the unemployment numbers. Why has the Bureau of Labor Statistics at the United States Department of Labor, with the latest release on February 5, 2009, caused “Changes to the Employment Situation News Release on February 5, 2010“? The report, itself, is just as vacuous!

Let’s put some Truths out over liberal spin.

Now if you do the math, it just doesn’t add up, but it does increase the percentage of unemployed. I wonder when the truth will come out? Or as someone emailed me today:

…Sent: Fri, Feb 5, 2010 9:24 am

THESE STATEMENTS WERE MADE IN US BUSINESS WEEK TODAY. HOW CAN THEY MATHEMATICALLY ADD UP?

The government’s survey of households showed employment increased by 541,000 workers last month and the number of people in the labor force rose. The gain brought the participation rate, or the share of the population in the labor force, up to 64.7 percent in January from 64.6 percent

Labor Department said the jobless rate slipped to 9.7 percent, FROM 10% the lowest since August.

THEN, REUTERS STATES:

“What is throwing people off is probably the 9.7 percent unemployment rate — the drop in the unemployment rate –, which is positive but is not coming from new jobs created its coming from people dropping out of the work force.
“It’s a series of conflicting data … The positive take is basically it wasn’t a total disaster, but the flip side of it is you’re not seeing a recovery.”…”
