King County Washington State Isolates Consumers From Cherry Topping? Un-American!

Washington State… I’m Back…

Well, it took just 2 hours back in the state yesterday, to get me riled with a ‘Nanny State” directive at the behest of just King County in this glorious state known for

…Washington State produces more than 50% of all the sweet cherries in the United States…

But in Seattle or all of King County don’t think about having Cherry flavored dipping added to your Dairy Queen ice cream cone. This is validated via

Introducing the DQ® Nutrition Calculator: United States

…(5) some location-specific menu items; and (6) locations in some municipalities (including Stamford, CT, Boston, MA, Montgomery County, MD, Philadelphia, PA, and King County, WA) with laws or regulations restricting artificial trans fat in restaurant ingredients, that may have slightly different products than other DQ locations…

Or not at all, as the DQ employee here advised.there is no Cherry Dipped Ice Cream in all of King County due to Trans Fat but the next county down the road serves it!

Take that Grandma… as you just flew half way across the country just to be 2 miles short of providing your Grandchild a special treat.

Why do I believe from the list of cities above that this is a Liberalcling‘ issue and since the minions don’t believe in their own moderation, they make it a ‘federal or state’ case. The irony! There are so many ways this article could have gone… but conservatives have standards.

Classic – Hopeless in Seattle

What can I say… sometimes I miss Seattle… and sometimes I don’t!

Restless in Seattle

I have been visiting one of my former stomping grounds over the last two weeks in Seattle and the Puget Sound, and it has been interesting…

Yesterday I couldn’t get out of town, long story, so little time… but I am trying again 🙂

Just thinking about Molly Norris and how low the safety or security standards day to day and the ever increasing threat to one’s life has become in North America. All slacking or attacking is due solely to 1 religion and the support of same by the Bogus Obama Administration.

Reviewing how a crazy teenager from a Washington state island who grew into the “Barefoot Bandit” a sort of “Easy Rider” meets “McGyver” for today’s youth, who was tripped up barefoot on an island in the Bahamas. Irony? Well at least he’s back in the USA now.

On a national note noticed that the NAACP has the time to slime the Tea Party Movement as racist as a distraction for Obama. Timely too! However the Tea Party is composed of all, not one particular race. The Tea Party works to support the US Constitution, We the People, and Smaller Government, not one particular race of people only. TEA stands for Taxed Enough Already and what does NAACP stand for? hmm?

Back to a last local observation before I depart the Northwest. It would appear that the Obama administration is doing all it can do to kill business. In particular small business. What I see happening in Tacoma, Puyallup, Seattle, Kent, Burien and so forth ~ is the empty storefronts sometimes three or more in a row. Strip malls, co-ops, single brick and mortar operations stand vacant. Obama aka Bogus POTUS aka Job Killer in Chief is the worst excuse for a person, let alone a President. Confirmation by those in the know: Video of ‘This debt will eat up jobs’ CNNMoney.com here. This very eerie business situation is mirrored in my own community in Arkansas. These two states are not alone! What does your city or town or state look like now?

Just rambling as I am – Restless in Seattle.

Where’s the Respect for Alternative Transportation for the Puget Sound?

Still visiting the Pacific Northwest today and I am decidedly aghast at the future plans for “Bus plan calls for tax” as the headline in the Sunday “The News Tribune” newspaper. If you have never commuted to and from work in the Seattle area by way of your own vehicle, you have not experienced the great parking lot of morning and evening Washington highways. Been there, done that just over 7 years ago. I learned quickly that the Sounder and Bus System was the way to go. Mornings I could prep and detail my strategy for the day and plan and tweak plans for the week on public transportation. In the evenings, I could unwind before arriving home, much to the appreciation of my husband and children.

In the last seven years, it does not appear to have lightened any in the traffic flow and the Sounder has increased ridership, scheduled trips and extension of routes. But what about the Bus System? Locals you best get involved or you may lose your ride, pay through the nose, or begin your parking lot ride all over again. Grab your Java and get involved here:

What: Pierce Transit Board of Commissioners meeting.

When: 4 p.m. Monday.

Where: Rainier Room, Pierce Transit Training Center, 3720 96th St. S.W., Lakewood.

Open to the public? Yes.

On the agenda: Consideration of plans for service changes, including one that would dramatically curtail routes and a second that would basically preserve service. Board members may vote to put a sales tax increase from 0.6 percent to 0.9 percent on the Feb. 8 ballot to pay for the expanded-service option.

Everybody Draw Mohammed Day Growing Strong!

Let Those Patriotic Ideas Flow May 20th

Andrew Breibart Presents Big Government has really captured the spirit of uniting Patriotic Americans with this latest article via Andrew MellonEverybody Draw Mohammed Day” as declared by Seattle Cartoonist Molly Norris.

I call on every blogger, artist, videographer, you-tuber, cartoonist, to go all out and show that the United States of America will not kowtow and bow to foreign threats of suppression, intimidation, and censorship… like the Bogus POTUS!

The enabler to disabler in relief!

All Day, In Every Way, the 20th of May! Or in the now famous words of Glenn Beck:

“We’re not Racists, We’re not Violent, We will just no longer be Silent”

Hey Emerald City, The Seattle Times Got It Wrong Again!

From The Seattle Times ‘semi-corrected’ which is a non correction and did not state it was one “…A rock was thrown through the Hamilton County Democratic Party headquarters in Cincinnati…” Gateway Pundit caught the second act today and wrote about it “Seattle Times Correction: Protesters Did Not Throw Brick 30 Stories Up Through Rep.’s Office Window“.

Unfortunately the Seattle Times did not clarify the conditions initially of the actual incident. Looks like research at the Seattle Times is an afterthought. Cincinnati.com/Cincinnati Enquirer clearly details the event with “Rock Thrown at Dem hqs” way back on March 22, 2010. Might be interesting to look into all of the listed ‘events’ more closely due to the ‘corrected’ information within this repaired article.

Why the interest? I have lived within both metropolitan areas. The Seattle Times original article was an impossibility straight out. If you knew the building and location in Cincinnati, let alone anyone’s use of common sense, the article should have never been released.
