One More Failure During this Dismal Administration – Taurus XL Rocket Fails & Falls

The Taurus XL Rocket with NASA’s Glory Satellite made a big splash today, but not in a good way!

The last of the glory days appear to be long behind this once great United States of America due directly to the extremely sloppy Bogus POS POTUS administration in DC. There is a lack of practical real world experience and there appears to be a hands off approach in the use of any sets of checks and balances that extends completely into each area of government. There is no quality control or pride in performance. Problems start at the top, when you have a ineffectual and impotent leader, you get ineffectual and impotent government departments. There is never a sense of urgency, no plan and no priorities.

How many costly and/or deadly “accidents” must “We The People” endure? When will Obama finally concede and step down for the good of “We The People” and the rest of the world?


Who Misplaced Our Domestic Tranquility?

The Preamble of the United States Constitution:

“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America…”

We the People” are guaranteed domestic tranquility as stated by the U.S. Constitution. It’s a promise for us, by us, to us! Who has fractured and misplaced our domestic tranquility? The liberal, loony, left, progressive, Alinsky-loving, America-hating, Communistic Socialists with the commitment of one Bogus POS POTUS.

Excerpts from Boehner’s Speech to the Opening Session of the 112th Congress

Jan 5, 2011 Washington– Following are excerpts from Congressman John Boehner’s (R-West Chester) remarks to the opening session of the 112th Congress which will convene today at 12:00 p.m. ET:* * * * * * * * * * * *

“We gather here today at a time of great challenges.  Nearly one in ten of our neighbors are looking for work.  Health care costs are still rising for families and small businesses.  Our spending has caught up with us, and our debt will soon eclipse the size of our entire economy.  Hard work and tough decisions will be required of the 112th Congress. No longer can we fall short.  No longer can we kick the can down the road.  The people voted to end business as usual, and today we begin carrying out their instructions.”

Thank you for writing me regarding S. 3991, the Public Safety Employer-Employee Cooperation Act of 2010. I appreciate hearing from you.
The Public Safety Employer-Employee Cooperation Act was introduced on November 30, 2010, by Senator Harry Reid. This legislation is intended to provide collective bargaining rights for public safety officers employed by states or their political subdivisions. In addition, this legislation does not require states to provide collective bargaining rights for employees in cities with a population of less than 5,000 people or with fewer than 25 full-time employees. On December 8, 2010, a procedural vote was held to allow the Senate to consider the legislation. While I supported breaking a filibuster and allowing the Senate to consider the bill, the motion to invoke cloture failed to receive the required sixty votes.
