Generals  William C. Paige, Rear Admiral Larry Vogt,  and Major General “Duz” Packett all endorse retired Army Colonel Conrad Reynolds for US Senate

CONWAY – U.S. Senate candidate, retired U.S. Army colonel, Conrad Reynolds is honored to receive the endorsements of three distinguished military officers.

Major General William C. Page, Jr. (U.S. Army, Ret.), a resident of Maumelle has endorsed Col. Conrad Reynolds for the U.S. Senate.  Paige stated the following:  “It is with great pride and honor that I formally endorse Col. Conrad Reynolds for the U.S. Senate.  Col. Reynolds has a proven record of leadership and he is totally committed to veterans’ issues.   Veterans have lost their voice in Congress and we need someone to stand up for us.  Col. Reynolds is a combat veteran who understands the sacrifices of our military men and women in uniform.  He will be an advocate for all of us.  I encourage every veteran to vote for Col. Reynolds. ” MG Page is a highly decorated Vietnam veteran with over 850 combat flying hours. After successful command assignments in Vietnam, Korea and stateside, Page was promoted to the rank of Major General in 1989. His last position was as the Deputy Commanding General, III Corps in Fort Hood, Tex. – the world’s largest mechanized fighting force and military installation.

Rear Admiral Larry G. Vogt (U.S. Navy, Ret), former Senior U.S Naval Officer, United Nations Command, South Korea, stated the following:   “I have known Col. Conrad Reynolds for many years.   In the early 1990s, while serving as Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Korea, South Korea, Col. Reynolds was my key intelligence advisor.  His devotion and hard work set him apart from his colleagues.  He is a brilliant military officer who has earned my total trust and respect. American needs this man in the U.S. Senate and I believe he will be an outstanding Senator.” Real Admiral Vogt is a highly decorated military officer who served over 34 years in the Navy.  He commanded nuclear submarines during the cold war and held critical positions formulating U.S. military strategy in the Pacific Rim.   After retirement he became the President/Chief Executive officer of the Uniformed Services Benefit.

Major General “Duz” Packett (U.S. Army Ret), former Commander of U.S. Stabilization Forces Bosnia, stated the following:   “I am honored to endorse Colonel Conrad Reynolds for the prestigious position of U.S. Senator.  We need to return leaders to the U.S. Senate and Conrad is the perfect choice.  He possesses the mental temperament and skills to be an outstanding U.S. Senator.  Conrad commanded a special intelligence unit that served as my eyes and ears in Bosnia.   I would trust him to lead any unit.  He is honest, capable and dependable.  His is a living example of leadership and integrity.  He was admired and respected by superiors and subordinates alike.  He never wavered in his believes and he held himself and his command to the highest standards.  I am honored to give Conrad has my full support and endorsement for his U.S. Senate run.  I encourage everyone to vote for this man as I believe he is the best America’s military has to offer.

“I am honored to have these distinguish military officers’ support, and I am humbled by their kind words,” Reynolds said.   “It is critical that all veterans – past and present – have a voice in Washington D.C. and I want to be that voice.”  Col. Reynolds continued, “ As the senior Army officer in the Senate, I will fight to ensure our veterans are not forgotten. I will fight to save our benefits, like TRICARE, TRICARE for life and VA.  I ask that all veterans vote in the primary.  If veterans truly want an advocate then them must vote to send one.”

Western PAC calls Reynolds  ‘A True Patriot.’
Conway – US Senate candidate, U.S. Army Colonel (retired) today announced the endorsement of a key TEA Party Group, the Western Representation PAC.

“Col. Reynolds is a decorated military veteran and patriot who committed most of his adult life to protecting America. Furthering his commitment to public service, he is now seeking to serve the people of Arkansas in the US Senate. Unlike Blanche Lincoln, he will not be pressured to vote for bills which do not benefit his constituents. Col. Conrad Reynolds is a strong fiscal Conservative with real American values who will protect the liberties and freedoms guaranteed in the Constitution.”

About Conrad Reynolds
Conrad Reynolds, a retired Colonel in the United States Army, was born in Little Rock. He is a 1978 graduate of Batesville High School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Arkansas along with a Master of Business Administration from Touro University. Reynolds joined the Army Reserves in 1979 and received his commission as a Second Lieutenant in 1982. A decorated career intelligence officer who commanded special intelligence units in the war zones of Afghanistan, Iraq and Bosnia, Reynolds retired from the Army on January 1, 2009.

Reynolds currently owns a consulting business in Conway and continues contributing to our nation’s defense as an independent contractor with the Department of Defense.
